Intense Strawberries Recipe

1kg fresh strawberries
Whipped cream (optional)
Brown sugar (optional)
Fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Wash the strawberries carefully. Remove damaged fruit and throw them away. Make sure not to press the strawberries while washing.
- Drain the strawberries and put them in a bowl.
- Hull the strawberries with care and wash again. Drain and set aside.
- Wash fresh mint leaves and drain them. Put in a bowl and wait. Go back to the strawberries.
- Cut each strawberry into half. If the strawberries are too big you can make smaller pieces.
- Put the strawberries into serving bowls. Add some brown sugar if you want.
- You can also eat these strawberries with whipped cream. Enjoy!
